Alpinia syrup with honey

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon powdered or fresh dried alpinia root. If you use the fresh root, it must be finely chopped;
  • 1 teaspoon of marjoram powder;
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered celery seeds;
  • 225 g of honey

Preparation mode

Start by heating the honey in a water bath and when it is hot, add the remaining ingredients. Mix well, remove from heat and reserve in a glass jar with a lid.

It is recommended to take half a teaspoon of syrup 3 times a day, for 4 to 6 weeks of treatment.
