Meat with Light Vegetables

Meat

Before the recipe, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the birthday wishes you left here, on orkut, in the email… I’m really touched by all this affection! Thank you very, very much!!!
And after the birthday meal, today is light recipe day so let’s go with carnitcha and vegetables to ease the post-eating guilt!

Ingredients:
4 lean beef steaks, cut into strips;
1/2 bunch of broccoli (Japanese);
1/2 cup of green beans (each cut into 3 parts);
2 carrots cut into thin slices;
1/2 onion in medium pieces;
1/2 glass of champignons;
1 tablespoon of finely chopped ginger;
1 tablespoon of sesame oil;
1 tablespoon of white sesame;
1 packet of powdered meat broth;
Soy sauce and seasonings to taste.

Season the minced meat at least 2 hours in advance with shoyu (soy sauce) and freshly ground pepper (you can season it to your liking). Cook the green beans, broccoli and carrot (already chopped) in boiling water for just 5 minutes ). Drain and set aside. In a non-stick pan I add the sesame oil (can be regular) and add the meat, then the onion and ginger (optional). We add the vegetables and champignons (with fresh mushrooms it is delicious).

I sprinkle the bouillon powder and about 1/4 cup of soy sauce. I add a little water so it doesn’t get too strong. I let the liquids evaporate. Adjust the salt and pepper if necessary.

I put the sesame on top and that’s it! Lean meat in 5 minutes! You can also make it with chicken, which is really good!

Good week to everyone!!!
