All movements are circular, so start around the navel in a clockwise direction, thus activating circulation in the region. Gradually increase the pressure comfortably.

3. Top-down movements

After about two minutes, the movements stop being circular and start from top to bottom from the navel. In the same way as with circular movements, now with straight movements you will also gradually introduce intensity.
