I said I would fix it this week because I was making a lot of “fatty” food, well.
Yesterday I made an apple compote that can be eaten with yogurt, filled with pastry dough (it’s like a McDonald’s pie), covered in pies, wraps, eaten with toast… in short, everyone can eat as they please!
For every 2 apples peeled and chopped into small pieces:
4 tablespoons of culinary sweetener powder;
2 cloves;
1 dessert spoon of lemon juice;
100 ml of water;
1 dessert spoon of cinnamon powder or 1 cinnamon stick.
Bring everything to a low heat and let it boil for about half an hour. If the water is drying out and the apple is not yet at the desired point, you can add more water little by little.
