Guys, I need to make a confession (children, don’t read): I don’t like leaves! I really don’t like it and there’s no way! However, over the years, with greater food awareness, I ended up developing strategies for consuming them.

The first one is to add several ingredients, as you can see in the photo. Fresh and dried fruits, chestnuts, cold cuts, croutons, all of this goes very well with disguise accompany the green ones.

A very tasty sauce also helps. There is a basic recipe that I gave –> here. You can use citrus juice as a sauce (orange, tangerine, lemon…), mustard and honey also go well together and the black sesame on top adds a little charm, in short, the important thing is to add a lot of flavor, because in my opinion, leaf is paper.

I arrived last night from my trip, the fridge is going ECO, but today I’m going to the supermarket and I’m going to buy a lot of ingredients to make different salads, I’ll soon post the combinations I liked the most. I’m going to try to exchange 1 meal for a salad to make up for the waste in Argentina.
