Do you want to eat a delicious homemade bread without leaving your diet? Then learn how to make this delicious blender wholemeal bread recipe:

Those who don’t have problems with gluten, but want to keep their body in good shape, always end up choosing to eat wholemeal bread instead of French bread or any other white flour-based bread. But the problem is that breads that are sold as wholemeal in supermarkets and bakeries rarely have the necessary amount of wholemeal flour to receive this label, you know?

Most of the time, the whole grain bread that we find on the shelves contains a much larger amount of wheat flour in its composition, which ends up giving it a softer texture, but does not fulfill the function it should fulfill. This, of course, is a way of deceiving the consumer.

1 200 ml of warm water

Half a tablespoon of salt

Half a tablespoon of sugar

1 50ml extra virgin olive oil

1 heaped tablespoon of dry bread yeast

1 tablespoon flaxseed (optional)

Then just add the yeast and the second half of the flour.

The dough should be sticky and soft. It needs to rest in a container covered with a damp cloth, in a warm place, for 20 minutes.

3

Then, grease a pan of your choice with a little oil or olive oil or use baking paper on the bottom to prevent the bread from sticking. Preheat the oven and bake the bread in a medium oven for 30 minutes.

Enjoy!
