To make dark chocolate, you will need a cup of cocoa powder, half a cup of coconut oil, 4 tablespoons of honey. Half a tablespoon of vanilla extract, a quarter cup of powdered sugar, a quarter cup of agave syrup or 3 to 6 drops of liquid stevia. In such a way that, with this amount, your recipe will yield approximately 280 grams of chocolate.
Melt half a cup of coconut oil in a pan over low heat. It has a low melting point, so this step only takes a few seconds. Stir constantly so the oil doesn’t stick. Preferably, use stainless steel utensils to make cleaning easier later on.
Use a spoon and add the honey to the pan and then add the vanilla. Mix in the melted oil until they form a very thin syrup. Leave it on low heat; if the oil gets too hot, it can ruin the flavor of the chocolate.
