Metro at Mexico City airport
This is the cheapest, often fastest and hardly the most comfortable way to get from Mexico City airport to the center. The network of the Mexican capital is quite large and reaches practically all tourist locations, where you will probably be staying.
The station Air Terminal It is located in Terminal 1. From there, using line 5, you will certainly transfer to your destination. Although practical, it is worth remembering that this is one of the largest cities in the world and rush hours on the subway can be unbearable.
If you have a lot of luggage, also be aware that there are practically no escalators and the journey between train changes is usually quite long.
If you don’t have a lot of luggage and want to save money and avoid traffic, this could be a good option. The trip costs just 5 pesos (US$0.25)*.
I already used the subway on this stretch on one of my trips to Mexico and everything went well. As there are many lines, try to arrive in the country with a printed map and the route mapped out. See more information no site.
Taxi from Mexico City airport to the center
As there are many reports of problems with tourists in taxis in Mexico City, it is always worth avoiding the common taxis that travel the streets, even if they are much cheaper. The same goes for arrival at the airport.

In both Benito Juárez terminals, there is a scheduled taxi service, which, although a little more expensive, is the safest and most comfortable way. O airport website brings the map of boarding points and all safety information.
To use them, simply arrive at the ticket counter, give your hotel address and pay right there (in pesos or card), before the race. When boarding, simply show the voucher to the driver.
We use the services of Site 300. You pay for the ride at the ticket window and the price is fixed. The company is located close to gate 4 of arrivals in Terminal 2. The ride to Zona Rosa costs on average 275 pesos (about US$14)*.

Metrobús bus
Buses called Metrobús connect the airport to the center of Mexico City in just 30 minutes. The ticket costs 30 pesos (US$1.5)* and this seems to be a more comfortable way than the subway, especially for those with suitcases.
Among the destinations in the central region where Metrobús arrives are Paseo La Reforma, Fine arts and City Museum. Buses leave from gate 7 (Terminal 1) and gate 2 (Terminal 2). See more information at airport website.
