Delicious and very easy savory muffin recipe. As it tastes like a hot mix, I decided to give the recipe that name. Instead of dough, it uses chopped bread, it’s very light and tasty and of course, if you want you can add whatever ingredients you like.

Ingredients:
3 slices of crustless bread.
5 slices of mozzarella cheese.
5 slices of ham.
1 teaspoon of oregano.
2 eggs.
½ can (or box) of whey-free cream.
Salt, black pepper and parsley to taste.

Way of doing:
Chop the bread into cubes. Cut the ham and mozzarella into small pieces and add to the bread. Mix the eggs with the cream and oregano. Season with salt, black pepper and parsley. Add to the other ingredients. If you don’t have a mold like mine, put it in cupcake molds or pie molds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for approximately 10 to 20 minutes (depends on your oven).
Yield: 6 units.
