You know that aromatic and soooo tasty cake that leaves the whole house smelling good? This cake is really delicious!!! The dough is very soft and this combination of spices is sensational! I also like to make it in the form of an English cake, the shape is up to you.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/2 cup (tea) brown sugar
1 cup of refined or crystal sugar
4 tablespoons of margarine
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) milk
1/2 cup (tea) honey
3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
1/2 cup (tea) chocolate powder
1 dessert spoon of cinnamon powder
1 pinch of powdered cloves
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder
Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
Cinnamon powder for sprinkling
Roof:
1 cup of creamy dulce de leche
1 cup (tea) cream

In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, margarine, milk and honey for 1 minute. Transfer to a large bowl, add the flour, chocolate, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and yeast and mix well until a homogeneous dough forms.
Transfer to a large greased and floured pan with a hole in the middle and bake in a preheated medium oven for 35 minutes or until firm and lightly browned. Remove, let cool and unmold. Mix the topping ingredients, spread over the cake, sprinkle with cinnamon powder and serve.
