  1. "Eat the tails"! omg, I have a funny newlywed story. Years ago, this Arkansas gal transplanted to Louisiana and married a Louisiana man. Well, I wanted to be a good Louisiana wife, so I planned to make breaded shrimp for dinner. I worked hard, got everything done, and we sat down to eat. He took a bite, got a funny look on his face, but manfully munched and munched. Turns out that I did not know I was supposed to shell the shrimp before breading and frying them! LOL! Guess I was a Gundry-ite before I knew about him. We still talk about that to this day, almost 50 years later. But this recipe, I will shell the shrimp and leave only the tails, lol.

  5. I cannot wait to try this. I definitely can’t eat tails but maybe I will keep them and freeze them and use them in making stock.

  6. Dear Sir,
Your youtube is so much benefit for me, however I would like to tell you some information as follows; The original phad thai recipe was invented by Priminister Pibulsonggkram's wife 60+ years ago in order to create noodle recipe for thai race and to compete with the popular chinese noodle recipe at that time. The most famous forever pad thai is pad thai at sam ran rat intersection in bangkok that thai called "pad thai @ pra too bhee". Both recipes are very similar to your one except the basil leaf. And we define our pad thai with its signature of "tamarin sauce" the secret that most foreigner don't know. After we get use to with pad thai we created new recipe called pad khi mao ( pad thai for the drunk) that we mixed pad thai with another popular recipe — the basil stir fry — and to make more spicy, we put a lot of spices for example such as fresh green pepper, chilli ect.
    Sincerely your,

  7. I have cancer stage 4 lung. I am very fit and well and have followed your Plant Paradox diet to the letter for 18 months. Can I have pressure cooked beans and lentils now or am I on the intensive care diet forever? Thanks for all your help. I wouldn’t be still living a full life if it wasn’t for this diet. Linda

  8. You made a comment about chickens being feed corn. I have my own chickens and have always thought this was good for them not bad. Are you able to explain why?

  12. I don't think you are supposed to use olive oil on high heat… maybe Avo instead or coconut since its pad thai might be better…
