Yogurt cake recipe
You will need
- 4 eggs
- 1 glass of natural yogurt
- ½ cup of oil
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
How to prepare
Blend everything in the blender! Easy no!?
Now just grease a large mold with a hole in the middle, bake for 40 to 45 minutes, depending on the power of your oven.
After baking, while still hot, spread with margarine and sprinkle refined sugar with cinnamon or grated coconut on top.
