The trio of chefs met 25 years ago at elBulli and do an extraordinary job with the 28-course Mediterranean menu at Disfrutar. Despite the countless options, the menu is light and we finished the meal without even realizing how much we ate. Furthermore, the open kitchen allows us to follow the meticulous work of the cooks.

The two tasting menus presented are: Classic Menu (€275), made up of creations that have become classics at the restaurant, and the Festival Menu (€275), made with creations from the current season.
Located in the Eixample neighborhood, opposite Mercado del Ninot, the second best restaurant in the world, in Barcelona, also surprises with its design. The decor is innovative, elegant and the environment is very bright. The room has a lot of ceramics and the white and earthy colors make reference to some “pueblos” and also to the ancient ovens of Greece. Respect for Mediterranean history and heritage is what inspired the architecture.

From the same owners as Disfrutar, Compartir has an elegant, yet welcoming and spacious atmosphere. A little more relaxed than its older brother, the restaurant offers a formidable gastronomic experience, with a Mediterranean menu with a la carte dishes to share (as the name of the restaurant says). Inspired by Compartir Cadaqués, an original restaurant in Girona, Spain, the cuisine created by the starred chefs is breathtaking!
In fact, I left Disfrutar even more excited than when I entered, with the feeling of having made a dream come true! Certainly, the restaurant and chefs deserve all the awards they have received.
