One of the classic French cuisine restaurants, Brasserie Fouquet’s, led by Chef Jean-Yves Leuranguer’s along with Pierre Gagnaire, is elegant and cozy. 9) Kinugawa
You can have a drink before in the bar, super pumped and charming, and then go to the restaurant or the atelier, a small intimate room where the sushibar is located. In addition, you can have a personalized experience. On the menu, dishes prepared by Chef Hasegawa, which unites the tradition with its vision of contemporary Japanese gastronomy, such as scices, king crabs and foie gras. My favorite Japanese restaurant in Paris.
End.: 9 Rue du Mont Thabor.
10) L’Avenue
Very traditional in Paris, it is a darling of the fashion bloggers, located in the iconic Av. Montaigne, near Plaza Athénée. It is part of the Costes Group, which has classic and modern houses, but always of quality. In addition, the decor is all in velvet with golden details and the service is agile. Finally, the menu is abundant and varied, especially the crunchy fries! A great choice!

The restaurant of chef Jean Imbert, located inside the Plaza Athénée, opened in 1936, is practically a Parisian institution. The environment, with Art Deco decoration, is elegant and has beautiful chandeliers, as well as engraved zodiac stained glass windows. In addition, on the menu, drawn up together with executive chef Jocelyn Herland, the inspiration is her grandmother and the Parisian brasserie kitchen. Therefore, it brings affective and classic dishes, but with a touch of innovation.

14) Le Relais de L’?ntrecote
One of the most traditional restaurants in Saint-Germain, founded in 1959, which serves only one dish: the half-acon with chips. In other words, there is no mistake! The environment follows the classic pattern of Parisian bistro, that is, with red awnings, tables on the sidewalk and elegant indoor lounge with padded chairs in the red color. The restaurant does not accept reservations, so it is common to find queues by the sidewalk and have to wait a little to get a table. Certainly a classic!

19) Niko Romito
After Milan, Dubai, Beijing and Shanghai, the Bulgari Hotel finally brought its concept of haute cuisine to Paris! Niko Romito, chef from Abruzzo, Italy, with three Michelin stars, offers the classics of Italian cuisine in a menu that focuses on the products and dare to be light (easy with the fat, limited sauces, steamed ingredients, rice starch for the grated bread cover, etc.). The magnificent veal chop in Milanes is one of the tastiest I have ever tasted and saffron risotto with parmesan is subtle and does not weigh on the stomach. To top it off, the environment is elegant, both the lounge and the bar. Therefore, a luxury experience in the sophisticated Bulgari Paris that only seals the traditional brand.
20) Perruche
With a terrace with a jaw-dropping look on the 9th floor of the Le Printemps department store, overlooking the Eiffel Tower in Paris, the atmosphere is relaxed and the service could be more friendly, but we end up looking at the Tower and forgets these little details. Besides, the food was correct and the champagne cold, which is what matters, isn’t it?

On the banks of the Seine River, in front of the Grand Palais, the “floating” restaurant offers Italian-Japanese food, signed by Brazilian chef Daniel Ortiz Maldonado. 22) Sur Mesure
Chef Thierry Marx’s restaurant, located in Mandarin Oriental Paris, has two Michelin stars. The environment is clean and modern, that is, elegant in the right measure. In addition, its cuisine is creative and full of textures and flavors, inspired by France and its travels in Asia.
