Easter Egg Stuffed Lemon Mousse Pie

To be stuffed egg (with a spoon) It’s an easy and delicious alternative for those who want to give a nice gift at home. EasterAfter all, when we do it with care it has much more value, right? The good thing is that you don’t need skill, so with 1 Easter egg size 350g you can make two halves and give as a gift to 2 people.

To make 2 halves you will use:
1 homemade Easter egg, but it can be an industrialized one made from 350g of white chocolate;
lemon mousse recipe (don’t despair because you can read it below);
Slices of cake (I used the “nothing cake” recipe)
White chocolate shavings and why not, a lemon peel to decorate.

Lemon mousse:
1 can of condensed milk;
2/3 cup (tea) lemon juice;
Zest of the peel of 1 lemon;
2 tablespoons of cream.

How to prepare the mousse:
Simply mix the condensed milk and juice with a wire whisk until thick, but be careful that this happens immediately. Then mix the rest of the ingredients. Depending on the brand of condensed milk, it is more or less full-bodied, but after freezing it hardens more.

To assemble the stuffed egg:
Place a layer of mousse, slices of cake, another layer of mousse, then cover with chocolate shavings and grated lemon peel.

Packaging:
In party supply stores you can buy ready-made packaging suitable for spoon eggs, or stuffed eggs. I can’t say where you can find it in your city, but in Sorocaba they have it at Dicidi and Dijos Doces.
