  • Half a cup of butter at room temperature
  • 1 package of calypso cookies

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 3 excited
  • 1 measure (can) of milk
  • 1 envelope of unflavored powdered gelatin
  • 5 tablespoons of water
  • 3 whites
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 small box of cream

Roof

  • 150 g chopped semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of water

Preparation mode

Base

  1. First, to make the Dutch pie, grind the milk and honey biscuit in a blender. Then, mix the crushed biscuits with the butter until a dough forms.
  2. Then, line the bottom of a removable mold with the cookie dough.
  3. This way, on the sides of the pan, add the calypso cookies with the topping part towards the outside.
  4. Finally, take it to the fridge and set aside.

Filling

  1. To make the filling for the Dutch pie, add the condensed milk, egg yolks and milk to a pan and place over low heat. Stir constantly until you reach a consistency.
  2. Then turn off the heat and leave to cool.
  3. Now, mix the gelatin with water and dissolve in the microwave or bain-marie.
  4. Therefore, add the gelatin to the cold cream and mix well.
  5. In another pan, mix the egg whites and sugar and place over low heat, stirring constantly and taking it off the heat from time to time to prevent it from cooking.
  6. Transfer to a mixer and beat until it increases in volume and then add the cream.
  7. Therefore, add it to the cream you reserved before and mix everything very well.
  8. So, add the mixture to the base you made first and refrigerate for two hours.

  1. After two hours in the fridge, prepare the topping by melting the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
