I used a chocolate dough recipe that I always make and it was really good! Easy, easy, just:
Ingredients:
1 cup of warm milk
3 eggs
4 tablespoons margarine or melted butter
2 cups of sugar (tea)
1 cup (tea) chocolate powder
2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder
Mix everything in the “liqui”, fill the molds a little more than half and bake in a preheated oven at 180º. For the topping and filling I used store-bought dulce de leche, as it was very hard I added a little cream.
I did that trick of cutting a cap on the top of the cupcake, digging in, filling with dulce de leche and covering again (this is before the topping: obviously!).
That’s what you have for today, my people. I’m just into “embromation” here because I’m doing a lot of personalization work for parties: tube labels, wrappers, toppers, invitations, etc… I’m having fun!
