  2. With Quorn having egg and not being organic or non-GMO, any concerns about antibiotics with the eggs or has this been checked?

  3. Be careful of Quorn if you are gluten free it has wheat in it! I love egg roll in a bowl. But I find different way to enhance my meals so they are safe to eat! Thanks Dr. Gundry

  4. I made this "Eggroll in a Bowl" today, it turned out great, although coconut amino is part of the ingredients, I chose fish sauce over coconut amino then added an additional half teaspoon of Chinese five spice ingredients to the mix. The final dish was received very well by the family. Thank You

  5. Watched this, ran to the groc store, made this and it's DELICIOUS!! Definitely going in my regular repetoire!! THANK YOU!!!! <3

  6. In general love that you have so many glasses but these you’re wearing in this video…the best!

  7. What do you think about Zaatar with olive Oil? When we were kids we were told it made you smarter? Oh I’m Lebanese btw.
    Zaatar ingredients:
    – Thyme
    – Summer Savoury
    – sesame seeds ( toasted)
    – sumac
    – salt
( some people like ground pistachios mixed in too.)

  8. I love watching a Doctor cook. And he obviously does cook for himself and his family.
And I've never seen anyone cook in a suit and tie. Looks good!
