Instructions for preparing a cupcake

  • An important tip is to remove the skin from the yolk of the eggs you are going to use in the recipe.
  • The right point of the cupcake is well baked on the outside but with a soft, melting inside. To make it like this, the tip is that the oven must be very hot when you put the cupcakes in.
  • Another interesting tip is to sprinkle the molds with chocolate or cocoa powder. This way, the color of the chocolate will be much more present. Just swap the wheat flour for chocolate or cocoa powder.
  • Pour the dough into the molds no more than 3/4 of the way up.because, despite not using yeast, the dough rises a little.
  • Serve the petit gâteau while still hot accompanied by a scoop of cream ice cream, which is the traditional, but it can be any flavor. It can even be chocolate ice cream, which we already teach here on the website.
