Crispy Cream Ice Cream

Since I bought the ice cream maker, this is the first official version of ice cream that I make. Until then, I had only had frozen ice creams because they are lighter, but I must confess that this was one of the best ice creams I’ve ever had, including the macadamia from Häagen-Dazs and the pistachio from La Basque, which I love! And it’s very easy to do:

Place in a deep bowl:

2 tablespoons of whole milk powder

8 tablespoons of sugar

1 teaspoon of neutral alloy for ice cream

1 tablespoon of extract or 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

1 tablespoon flavoring powder for white chocolate flavored ice cream

Add 100ml of cold whole milk and mix well. Now add 500ml of fresh cream (or 2 cans without whey). The cream must be very cold. Mix everything and take it to the ice cream maker (if necessary, add more sugar).

If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can blend the ingredients in a blender and put them straight in the freezer, but it will be hard, because one of the secrets for ice cream to stay creamy is how quickly it freezes (function of the ice cream maker) and it needs to be left out of the freezer for a while. about 5 minutes before consuming, or beat the already frozen mixture again to achieve the texture of ice cream.
