Creamy Shrimp Pie

Chef Dalton Rangel challenged me to make a recipe using Filippo Berio Olive Oil, shrimp and coriander and I prepared this creamy pie that was wonderful!
This dough with olive oil is very light and tasty and you can also make pies with it. Try it and tell me later. Let’s get to the recipe:

Dough Ingredients:
400g of wheat flour;
1 cabbage (chá) of salt;
1/2 col. (tea) sugar;
120 ml of Filippo Berio olive oil;
water until done.

Filling Ingredients:
3 col. Olive oil (soup) Filippo Berio;
1/2 onion;
2 garlic cloves;
2 col. red pepper (soup);
1/2 cup. (tea) of fresh peas;
400g frozen pre-cooked prawns;
1 cup. (tea) of tomato pulp (or peeled tomatoes);
2 col. (soup) of chopped pitted black olives;
1 col. chopped coriander (soup);
1 col. (soup) full of cottage cheese;
2 to 3 col. (soup) of wheat flour;
Enough milk to dissolve the flour;
Salt and black pepper to taste.
