You know that super creamy latte from the best coffee shops? Well, I tell you, you can do it at home. It’s easy to make, delicious and yields horrors!
It was one of the first recipes I posted on Panelaterapia and as the subject of “coffee” is floating around the blog these days, I decided to make the recipe again. To avoid any doubt, I made the video.
Creamy coffee:
25g instant coffee (Nescafé Tradition)
2 cups of sugar
150 ml of warm water.
Beat with a mixer for 15 minutes and store in a covered plastic container in the freezer or freezer (the mixture does not harden). It will yield 1 large container of ice cream. To prepare, just add a tablespoon to hot milk and get that creaminess!
