Ingredients:

  • 100g of grated coconut (small packet).
  • 1 glass of coconut milk.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk.
  • 1 level tablespoon of yeast powder.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • In a bowl, place the grated coconut and coconut milk, mix and set aside (5 minutes to hydrate the coconut).
  • In another bowl, place the eggs and condensed milk and stir.
  • Add the two mixtures and stir a lot.
  • Pour the mixture into ramekins or a bowl.
  • Place in an Airfryer already preheated to 180°C and leave for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
  • The time may vary depending on the size of the container.
