Recipe for Creamy Bamboo Coconut Cocada in the Airfryer

Ingredients:
- 100g of grated coconut (small packet).
- 1 glass of coconut milk.
- 3 eggs.
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk.
- 1 level tablespoon of yeast powder.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a bowl, place the grated coconut and coconut milk, mix and set aside (5 minutes to hydrate the coconut).
- In another bowl, place the eggs and condensed milk and stir.
- Add the two mixtures and stir a lot.
- Pour the mixture into ramekins or a bowl.
- Place in an Airfryer already preheated to 180°C and leave for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
- The time may vary depending on the size of the container.
SUGGESTION:
- To make this recipe even tastier, serve it with a scoop of ice cream!
