Creamy blender chicken pie recipe

Dough ingredients

  • 300 ml of milk
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 300 ml of soybean oil
  • 100 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small box of cream

Filling and topping ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 can of corn
  • Can of peas
  • Parsley to taste
  • 1 small box of cream

  • Seasoning to taste
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 spoon of olive oil

Preparation mode

  2. In a pan, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil and add the shredded chicken, chopped tomatoes, peas, corn and parsley and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Wait for it to cool and set aside.
