One of the most delicious desserts in the world I tried the day I went to an event at Barilla. You have no idea what this pudding prepared by Chef Paulo Turziano is!
So incredible that it is now exactly half past midnight and the email arrived with the recipe that he had to pass on to all the bloggers who were there that day. The excitement of sharing the recipe with you is so great that I’m here fighting off sleep to put this post up straight away, because you really deserve to try this delight! So this photo in the post is of the original pudding from the day of the event. I’ll make mine soon!!!
Ingredients
- 2 cans of condensed milk (the can will measure the other ingredients)
- 1 measure (can) of milk boiled with a natural vanilla bean
- 1 measure (can) of coconut milk
- 2 spoons of parmesan
- 100 g freshly grated coconut
- 6 eggs
- 1 and a half cups of sugar for the caramel.
Preparation
Caramelize the sugar in the mold. Mix the ingredients and blend in a blender.
Add the recipe to the pan with the caramelized sugar and bake for approximately one and a half hours at 180ºC.
Do it and then tell me if it’s not spectacular!!!
PS I suspect that Chef Paulo is hiding the game because there is a cream on top that is not in the recipe, it looks like a vanilla egg yolk cream to me, but I’m going to go after it! For now, enjoy the pudding recipe, which was already very difficult to obtain.
