Just because it’s everyday food doesn’t mean we don’t need to pay attention to the “look” of the dish, right, colleague?

You can make even a simple chicken breast with puree look pretty. From there, you place a green salad on a small plate or an individual ramekin and your luxurious lunch is ready!

I made this mandioquinha (baroa potato) and sweet potato puree. I peeled and chopped the vegetables and boiled them in water and salt. Drain, pass the potato masher, add 1 tablespoon of butter and 1/2 glass of milk. I put it on low heat to thicken it. I adjusted the salt, and that was it.

* Regular potatoes are delicious, but they are a little low in nutrients, so from time to time try replacing them with sweet potatoes or baroa. To give you an idea, 100 grams of sweet potatoes contain an amount of vitamin A equivalent to 23 kilos of regular potatoes. And the texture in puree or soup is very similar.
