  • 1 yellow pepper cut into cubes
  • 1 cup pickled mushrooms (cut in half)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 medium onions cut into cubes
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of water
  • 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts (learn how to make peanut tea)
  • salt to taste

Preparation mode

  1. Firstly let’s sauté the garlic and onion. Then, in a frying pan or large pan, add half the olive oil and, when it heats up, add the onion and garlic and let it brown.
  2. Then, remove from the pan and reserve in another container.
  3. In the same pan, theadd the rest of the olive oil and add the chopped colored peppers and mushroomsseason with salt and let it fry for about 4 minutes.
  4. Reserve in another container, and in the same pan add the diced chicken.
  5. Then, fry the chicken well on all sides until it is as golden as you like.
  6. Then, come back with all the pre-cooked ingredients and mix everything very well, letting it cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, in a container, dissolve the cornstarch with water and soy sauce and mix very well.
  8. Then add this mixture to the chicken and vegetables and mix well.
