I’m passionate about Japanese cuisine and an ardent fan of chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s. Wherever he opens a restaurant, I go back to see if it’s better and more interesting than the previous one.

The facade of the restaurant
This time, in Los Angeles, I managed to reserve the new Nobu Malibu, which in addition to maintaining the style fusion traditional by the chef, it is beautiful, facing one of the most beautiful beaches in the city.

The bar with sushi men in action

Delicious selections of sushi and sashimi
Traditional dishes, such as: Tiradito, Yellowtail Sashimi com Jalapeño, Black Cod com Miso e o Rock Shrimp Tempura, are all there, as well as some new products created by local chef Gregorio Stephenson, such as Ribeye with buttery truffle sauce and the as Crispy Maui Onions.

Torches everywhere

The balcony, in a lounge atmosphere

The beautiful winter garden at the entrance

Tasteful landscaping
And despite it being winter, we were able to enjoy the beautiful landscape of the restaurant, which is located in the famous Pacific Coast Highway – a little far from civilization, but in a stunning house, with a beautiful view of the sea. As with anything new, it is essential to make a reservation.
