Bolognese lasagna with minced meat and white sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (150 g)
  • 400 g of ground beef duckling
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped (300 g)
  • 2 boxes of tomato pulp (1040 g)
  • half a cup (tea) of water (100 ml)
  • 2 sachets of SAZÓN® Orange Seasoning
  • half a teaspoon of salt
  • 1 package of oven-dried lasagna noodles (250 g)
  • 200 g sliced ​​ham
  • 300 g sliced ​​mozzarella

PREPARATION MODE

  • In a large pan, add the oil and place over high heat to heat. Add the onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the meat, little by little, and fry for 10 minutes, or until the liquid dries up. Add the tomato and sauté for 3 minutes, or until it starts to break down.
  • Add the tomato pulp, water, SAZÓN® Seasoning and salt, and cook over low heat, with the pan covered, for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
  • In a large rectangular ovenproof dish (23 x 35 cm), layer the sauce, pasta, ham and mozzarella, interspersing and repeating until finishing with the sauce and mozzarella.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated medium oven (180 degrees) for 20 minutes, or until the dough is soft. Remove the aluminum foil and return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
