When I received the Pitada Natural releases I had no doubt about how to taste “Tio do Churrasco”. Here in Sorocaba there are two bakeries (Real and Panicenter) that make a sandwich called churrasquinho, which often made me go to one of them to eat. The thing is, it’s such a simple sandwich that it doesn’t even justify the trip. So I decided to season the meat with the “Tio do Churrasco” flavor and make my own sandwich.

Guys, what a wonderful seasoning! This pinch is inspired by barbecue sauce, slightly sweet, very aromatic and the best 100% natural!

To season the meat, I used “Tio do Churrasco”, a drizzle of olive oil and pink salt that you can also find from the brand Pitada Natural. Then it was just a matter of preparing a vinaigrette with tomato, onion, green chillies and seasoning with vinegar, oil and salt.

Grill the meat in a frying pan, place a slice of mozzarella cheese on top and a generous spoonful of vinaigrette. Put all of this on fresh French bread and you can be happy!

The seasoning of the meat made ALL the difference! I already want a barbecue yesterday to try “Tio do Churrasco” in different cuts.
