I ate this dessert at my friend Nina’s house a while ago and this year my mother made it for Christmas. It’s so simple that it’s more of a tip than a recipe and the cool thing is that everyone loves this ice cream, it’s always a big hit. You’ll just have to assemble it, because you can buy all the ingredients ready-made. Want to see?
Ingredients:
– 1 pot of ice cream;
– Dulce de Leche (approximately 2/3 cup (tea);
– Cork paçoca (about 5 units).
Just make a layer of ice cream, spread the dulce de leche, another layer of ice cream and place the crumbled paçoca on the surface. Obviously keep in the freezer until ready to serve. It looks wonderful!
