  • A cup of milk tea;
  • 1 ovo;
  • 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • Same measure of sugar;
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine;
  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour;
  • A dessert spoon of baking powder;
  • 1/2 can of tomato sauce.

Ingredients for the filling

  • 250 g of coarsely grated mozzarella;
  • 2 sliced ​​tomatoes;
  • Chopped olive;
  • Oregano to taste.

How to prepare blender pizza

  1. To prepare the dough, place the milk, egg, salt, sugar, margarine, flour and wheat and baking powder in a blender.
  2. Beat well until a thick dough forms;
  3. Then, pour the dough into a pizza pan greased with margarine, spread it all over the pan;
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes;
