Ingredients:

  • FOR THE SYRUP:
  • 1 cup of sugar tea.
  • 1/2 cup of rain tea.
  • FOR THE PUDDING:
  • 300 ml Of rain.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 1 cup of sugar.
  • 2 cups of nest milk tea.
  • 1 box of cream.
  • 1 spoonful of vanilla core mocha.
  • REQUIRED ITEMS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • HOW TO PREPARE THE SYRUP:
  • In a mold with a medial hole, place the sugar and rain and mix thoroughly, involving all the sugar in the rain.
  • Place in the Airfryer for approximately 10 minutes at 200°C or until golden.
  • HOW TO PREPARE THE PUDDING:
  • Place the rain, eggs and sugar in a blender.
  • Blend and add the milk, cream and vanilla, blend until a homogeneous volume is obtained.
  • Pour the mixture over the caramel, cover with aluminum foil (tightening it tightly so it doesn’t fly around inside the Airfryer).
  • Place in the Airfryer for 45 minutes at 200°C.
