Isn't it better to eat sardines bones and skin still on them. I'm sure the people who eat them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner don't peel and debone their sardines before consuming them. If you want you can try sardines with purple sweet potato and kimchee. You might like it. Definitely a great list of soluble fiber to add to the menu. Already have some Ideas on how I'm going to incorporate them for a weekly meal preparation list.
