- 2 tablespoons flaxseed powder
- 1 medium green cucumber
- 2 slices of pineapple
- Half a glass of water
Preparation mode
Cut the cucumber into pieces, then remove the peel from the pineapple and cut the two slices into smaller pieces. Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until it becomes a homogeneous mixture without large pieces.
You should drink a glass of this juice in the morning on an empty stomach and another glass at night.
Strawberry and carrot smoothie

- 2 carrots
- 1 apple

Peel the carrots, apple, mango and orange and place in the blender. Add the strawberries and, finally, the yogurt, beating well until creamy.
These ingredients are enough for 2 glasses of this vitamin. Drink 1 glass before lunch and another before dinner.
