The Peninsula Paris is certainly one of the best hotels in the French capital! With the title of palace hotel, it has an exquisite location, on the 16tharrondissement, just a few steps from Av. Champs Elysees, and is located in a classic building from 1908 that was once the headquarters of UNESCO. And being a luxurious hotel with impeccable service, of course the gastronomic part is not left behind either. I’ve had the opportunity to go to all the wonderful restaurants at The Peninsula Paris and I’ll tell you more about them below:

The Lobby
As the name suggests, it is located in the hotel lobby, where a wonderful à la carte breakfast is served. The hall is beautiful, with high ceilings and large windows. In fact, this old dining room has been meticulously restored to take us back to the glorious Belle Époque, with paintings and gold leaf details that reproduce the splendor of the time and contrast with the contemporary furniture. Certainly having coffee in such a glamorous environment, looking at the Parisian landscape, is one of those unforgettable moments! Detail for the cuteness of the delicious cappuccino.

Beautiful breakfast buffet

Certainly details that make a difference!
Furthermore, it is the perfect setting to enjoy the famous Peninsula afternoon tea, accompanied by the soft music of a jazz trio.

Lili
This is Peninsula Paris’s Chinese restaurant, which is located on the ground floor, and is a nod to the history of the Hong Kong-based Asian hospitality brand. The menu features wonderful typical Chinese dishes, such as dim sum and Peking duck, in a beautiful environment that transports us to the East.

The White Bird
On the sixth floor, there is the hotel’s haute cuisine restaurant. It was named after the first plane that attempted to cross the Atlantic, in 1927 – the plane and crew disappeared two weeks later. The atmosphere is chic without being exaggerated, the food is exquisite, and to top it off, it has a view of the Eiffel Tower! In other words, a perfect combination. The menu, created by chef Sidney Redel, prioritizes traditional French cuisine, highlighting the best local products and items carefully selected every day at the market.

Additionally, a new menu, inspired by seasonal ingredients, is introduced each week. The view of the Parisian rooftops and monuments is spectacular! And the terrace is ideal during mild temperatures. In the charming bar, you can have a drink before or after dinner, or eat something light.
