For a delicious breakfast on the first day of the year, ASA Açaí, which stands for Sustainable Amazon Action, offers healthy recipes made with ingredients grown and extracted directly from the Amazon. Among the suggestions, for example, are the crab tapioca with tamarind (R$ 23) and the açaí casadinho with cupuaçu (R$ 19.50 – 350g and R$ 26 – 500g). With a beautiful view of Marina da Glória, the Café opens on the first Saturday of the year from 10am. The breakfast menu is complete and can be ordered separately item by item. Among the options, for example, cheese bread (R$ 8 – 5 units), tapioca (R$ 18), cheese and ham omelet (R$ 18) and vitamins (R$ 15 – 330ml). The restaurant in Barra da Tijuca opens its doors at 10 am for the first breakfast of 2022. Among the options, for example, are grilled bread (R$ 8), which can be in sliced bread, bread of cheese 160 or brioche bread, the Mixxto PDQ (R$ 28), hot mixed on cheese bread and the Creamy Egg Bowl (R$ 4). The house, dedicated to avocado, has several options for breakfast or brunch. Le Blé Bread House
The bakery, inspired by bakeries French, opens from 11am on January 1st. Therefore, the restaurant offers delights for brunch at any time of the day. Sandwiches with naturally fermented bread, such as croque madame, on brioche, with Dijon mustard, Ementhal cheese, house-made ham royale and béchamel sauce, gratin with parmesan and fried egg (R$ 28). In addition, there are also pancakes made with levain and various toppings such as chocolate cream with hazelnuts (R$ 24). As for drinks, the highlight is the cappuccino with dulce de leche from Fazenda Atalaia, flavored with cardamom and lemon zest (R$ 14).
