Under the command of chef Giovanni Renê, the restaurant at Allianz Parque offers a menu that revisits classics of Italian cuisine. Therefore, for summer, a suggestion is the carpaccio (R$ 62), made with thin slices of Wagyu lizard seasoned with mustard sauce, tulha cheese shavings and Borriello olive oil. Meanwhile, among the pastas, spaghetti al pesto (R$56) made with a classic olive oil-based sauce, fresh basil, cheese and pinhole. Furthermore, it is served with a touch of freshness: lemon zest.
