I saw this potato (with another filling) on http://www.rainhasdolar.com/ and then in a restaurant, where the cut was the same but there was no filling.
Here I used a vinaigrette left over from Sunday’s “barbecues” to fill the potatoes, but you can use whatever filling you want. This jacket is beautiful, right?
