Ingredients
- 2 medium chayotes, cooked and cut in half lengthwise;
- 1 package of frozen vegetable selection (300 g);
- 1/2 small grated onion;
- 1 cup (tea) of light mayonnaise;
- 1 tablespoon of light grated Parmesan cheese.
Way of doing
To start, you need to preheat the oven to a medium temperature, in this case 180°C. Remove the chayote pulp and then, in a medium bowl, mix the chayote pulp together with the selected vegetables, onion and light mayonnaise.
Divide the filling into 4 parts and fill each half with the chayote you cut at the beginning of preparation. To finish, sprinkle with grated cheese and place in a medium baking dish, size 33 x 23 cm. Bake for 15 minutes or until browned. After that it’s ready, just serve.
