This bread is very versatile, you can use both sweet and savory fillings. I also make it to use up leftover cold cuts, guava paste, that end of the jar of cream cheese… and this time I used some braised ground beef that was left over in the fridge.

Fortunately, today is supermarket and fruit and vegetable day, because I’m going to tell you, colleague: things are bad around here! Yesterday I managed to unpack my bags, do the New Year’s cleaning, now I’m ready to go back to the kitchen!
