Ingredients

  • Easter egg shape with two parts;
  • 150g semi-sweet OR white chocolate

Way of doing

Start by melting the chocolate in a bain-marie.

Basically, to make the egg shell, just add the chocolate up to the mark indicated on the mold. Then just close it with the other half of the mold.

1 – Spoon egg with Black Forest filling

Ingredients

  • Chocolate skittle;

Way of doing

Way of doing

First, remove the filling from the Oreo cookies, separating it from the cookie. Crush the biscuits and store.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate filling;
  • Sugar syrup (1 cup sugar + 1 cup water, boil for 5 minutes);

Ingredients

  • 1 large lemon;
  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 1/2 packets of Maria biscuits;
  • 20g cold unsalted butter;
  • 100ml whipped cream (half a box) OR use meringue;
  • 1 lemon juice;
  • 150g of sugar;
  • 1/4 cup (tea) of water;
  • 2 whites.

Way of doing

Scrape some of the lemon peel to sprinkle on the pie. So, squeeze the lemon and sift

Then, grind the biscuit in the blender. Also chop the butter and mix it with the crushed biscuits until it forms a homogeneous dough, if necessary add more butter, set aside.

In a container, mix the condensed milk with the lemon juice well and set aside. After that, beat the whipped cream in a mixer until it reaches a light consistency.

However, if you prefer to use meringue, the process is different. Initially, heat the sugar, lemon juice and water until it reaches a syrup point. Then, beat the egg whites until stiff, then add the syrup little by little and beat until the entire syrup is added.

Then, cover the bottom of the cone with the cookie crumbs. Place the condensed milk filling on top and finally decorate with whipped cream and lemon zest OR with meringue. To finish, brown the meringue with a blowtorch and sprinkle the lemon zest.
