4 egg whites

1/2 cup mashed pumpkin

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 tablespoon of peanut butter

1/2 chocolate flavor protein

In a large pan, add all the ingredients to prepare the low carb dulce de leche. Then mix well and heat over high heat, stirring constantly until it boils.

As soon as it starts to boil, reduce the heat. Cook the milk over low heat for approximately 25 minutes, stirring only occasionally.

After this time, it will have reduced by almost half, but it will still be a little liquid. Increase the heat to medium and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Turn off the heat and transfer the dulce de leche to a glass jar with a lid. Place in the refrigerator to cool for at least 4 hours.

When this time has passed, you will notice that your low carb dulce de leche has become more consistent and creamy.
