The Blue Zones are the 5 regions of the world where people are living the longest, and Costa Rica just so happens to be one!   2. I may not be vegan myself, but I always enjoy watching your videos. I have reduced my meat intake and increased the amount of vegetables, fruits and whole grains that I consume. Additionally, I have greatly increased my water intake and drink hot tea when I amm craving soda or unhealthy drinks. I truly feel so much better. Thank you for the inspiration to be more healthy!

  3. I've tried to order Complement many times and the order never goes through. I've read about people's orders being on hold for weeks as well. A few of the Influencers that I trust promote it, so I'm so conflicted. ;/

  4. My dad's ex girlfriend moved to Coasta Rica after he broke up with her about 8 years ago and moved into a tree house she is also a vegan (so am I as well as my sister) what is the name of the retreat you went to? Her name is Prem Prete btw

  5. I highly advise against draining your beans. They make the best vegetable broth replacement but even better than vegetable broth because it's very thick and flavorful. Draining your beans is also throwing out a lot of nutrients.

  6. All the recipes looked great! I think I'll make the stew for my father who I cook for every other week. He enjoys eating vegan. Usually I don't eat breakfast and it gives me an excuse to eat junk for lunch, but I'm gonna start eating fruit in the am. Thanks for the videos!!😻😜☯️👋
