If you are cooking for 1-2 people I would suggest the 3 Quart. If you are cooking for more, I would suggest the 6 quart!

  1. I’m sorry but you wrote here healthy recipes. You started your first meal with oil and sauté. As a nutritionist and health advocate I can assure you this is not considered a healthy food.

  2. Just got an instant pot. I’m so glad i found you girls. I tried your honey soy chicken and both my wife and i loved it. Speaking for myself since my wife was pregnant i thought it was nice to gain weight with her. Haha. Anyway, i started a new job and all we do is sit. So, our son is eight and i need to lose weight. I should be a rapper. Lol. Starting weight is 390lbs. 6’5. I will keep you posted. Thanks.

  3. Certainly not healthy. Factory farmed chicken is certainly not healthy. Chicken from the grocery store is loaded with salt as is and this recipe adds salt. Olive oil cooked is no longer healthy – low smoke point.

  4. I would get a small bowl for your salmon, the aluminum foil leaches into the food. I didn't realize this till I started researching aluminum found in vaccinations – and then I started looking into the impact of using aluminum foil in cooking. Aluminum is linked with Alzheimers and a number of other neurological disorders. I wouldn't use it to cook with – unless you don't have any other form of dish.

  5. I absolutely LOVE that I just recently found you and your sisters' videos!!! I made your Chicken Enchilada Soup last night and we just loved it. One quick question, I I have the Instant Pot Duo and I did the Quick Release to vent. However, it took forever…I don't think that it was supposed to!? I finally used my spoon to make sure it was turned all the way over to Vent and I realized that I could lift the lever a little bit and it seemed to vent a little faster. Do you think maybe something is wrong with it? It's like the 2nd time it's been used in over a year!

  6. All thanks to Dr okosun on YouTube for helping me cure my herpes virus with the help of herbal medication, thank you Dr okosun and God bless 🙏

  7. I'm eating the salmon right now and the bbq sauce was a great suggestion. I used to avoid cooking salmon because I could never tell when it was quite done but the Instant Pot made it perfect.

  8. I literally bought some smoked paprika not too long ago. I can’t find it anywhere. I used it one time and I cannot find it nowhere. It has literally vanished from out of my kitchen. I even bought it some liquid smoke and it has also vanished. I’m beginning to think there’s a conspiracy in my kitchen With stuff that has smoky flavor because two things I bought that has smoky flavor have disappeared and I’ve looked everywhere. I’ll probably find it one day somewhere. It’s definitely not supposed to be back on cell phones really started getting popular in like the early 2000s to middle 2000s, I remember being at home and losing them and not knowing where they were and I would be looking everywhere and then open up the freezer and it would be sitting in the freezer or sitting in the fridge raider where I guess I was holding it and I opened up the fridge or the freezer and I had to get something else. I said it inside there and just shut the door completely forgetting about it but thank you so much for this video. You have given me really good ideas

  9. This is my new favorite kitchen tool! Day 1 I was going to pressure cook a meat https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxG-7WiT7ocumjytOpHDFt632PL0pxXRAg and potato stew, decided I wouldn't eat it that night so I went with a slow cook so I could go to bed and put it away in the morning. I love that versatility! The sauté feature works great and adds tons of extra flavor to dishes, and I can easily sizzle meats in the bottom then deglaze for some restaurant worthy flavors.Big bonus – you can cook a whole frozen chicken in about 2 hours. Amazing! I've seen a couple videos, haven't tried it yet, but I will soon!
