Practicing step or bicycle classes can also be included in the exercise routine to lose your hips, and can be done before localized exercises.

Some exercises for the culottes that can be recommended are:

1. Abductor chair

To do this exercise, the person must sit on the abduction device, also known as an abduction chair, and force their legs to open the device. Repeat this exercise 8 to 10 times, or according to the guidance of the physical education professional, rest for a few seconds and do 2 more sets.

2. Side leg opening

Lie on your side, support your head with one hand and raise one leg. Repeat this exercise 10 times with each leg, rest for a few seconds and do 2 more sets, according to the guidance of the physical education professional.

To make the exercise more effective, you can place a shin guard on each leg, starting with 1 kg and increasing over time.

3. Side pranch

Lie on your side, rest one elbow on the floor and raise your entire torso, keeping your body well stretched and firm for 3 seconds in the air and then come down. Repeat this exercise 15 times, rest for a few seconds and do 2 more sets. Then, move to the other side.

Treatments to combat culottes

  • Carboxytherapy: is a treatment that consists of applying injections of carbon dioxide under the skin to eliminate localized fat and combat sagging, as the injected carbon dioxide stimulates cellular circulation and tissue oxygenation;

However, without physical activity and a healthy, balanced diet, aesthetic treatments are not effective.

It is important that exercises for the culottes are accompanied by a balanced and healthy diet, and it is important to prioritize the consumption of vegetables, unpeeled fruits, legumes and foods rich in fiber that help increase the feeling of satiety. Furthermore, it is also recommended to consume around 2 liters of water per day.
