When I was young I worked in downtown Los Angeles and my friend Co worker was a young mother Phillipino. She made chicken Adobe and pancit.. so good. This was in the mid 1970s. Another co worker was from Korea so we would go to a Korean restaurant for lunch and he would order. Fun times. The female Phillipinos father died and she had to wear black for a year. Is that old school ways? I now live in western Kentucky and no Asian food around except panda express about an hour a way. I will have to make some of your recipes.
