These foods help to relax the body, promoting a good night’s sleep, thus replenishing energy for the next day.

Furthermore, having a light meal for dinner with cooked foods, low in fat and without pepper or other seasonings, also contributes to a relaxing evening, which is essential to combat tiredness.

Some of the main foods that can help fight fatigue are:

Some recipe options that can be made to combat fatigue are:

1. Açaí with banana

Eat a bowl of açaí because it provides energy quickly and is rich in iron which helps fight anemia by increasing the production of red blood cells in the blood.

Ingredients

  • 100 g of açaí pulp;
  • 1 banana;
  • 1/2 glass of water.

Preparation mode

Blend all the ingredients in a blender for 3 minutes, store in the fridge for a few moments and when ready to serve, add dried fruit or natural granola to the mixture.

Despite being a healthy option and helping to combat tiredness, it is important that it is consumed in moderation, as it can be quite caloric, especially if guarana syrup is used to sweeten it.

2. Orange juice with papaya

This recipe is great for combating tiredness because it contains a good dose of iron and vitamin C, which increase energy and are a natural invigorator.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of melon;
  • 1 orange;
  • 1/2 papaya papaya.

Preparation mode

Blend all ingredients in a blender and drink afterwards. Take this juice daily and wait 1 month to evaluate the results. If tiredness persists, you should go to the doctor for a blood test to assess hemoglobin, iron and ferritin.

3. Orange juice with strawberry
