From April 11th to May 1st, the 18th edition of São Paulo Restaurant Week, gastronomic festival which brings together several restaurants with special menus at a fair price, in addition to a donation of R$1.00 to the Cafu Foundation.
This year, the theme is “Classic dishes with Brazilian touches”, a tribute to our gastronomy with traditional ingredients, seasonings and Portuguese, indigenous and African influences. Each restaurant prepares two options for starters, main course and dessert, and can be offered for lunch, dinner or both.
No P.J.Clarke’sthe main dish suggestions for lunch are the 200g flank steak burger, dish cheese, endive and blue cheese sauce or the grilled chicken paillard flambéed with whiskey, mushroom sauce with cream served with fettuccine in pesto sauce.
At Bagatelle, a French restaurant, the dinner starter options are Gougère stuffed with goat cheese, tomato confit and grilled zucchini or green corn soup, ginger cream and curry.
At Praça São Lourenço, the menu at São Paulo Restaurant Week for dinner suggests bouillabaisse of painted with tucupi, fondant cassava, peach palm, split peas, mussels, coriander and toast with annatto aioli as the main dish.
On Deck 484, suggestions for starters for dinner are the cold tomato cream with basil, mussels and croutons or the Minas Gerais salad with grilled loin, Minas Gerais cabbage salad, bacon, croutons, semi-cured cheese mayonnaise with celery and walnuts .
A 18th edition comes with new features, such as the Kids Menu, a menu created especially for children’s taste buds. The value is R$24.90 without the donation. The values of São Paulo Restaurant Week are, for lunch R$41.90 + R$1.00 and for dinner R$52.90 + R$1.00
