  1. Great ideas! I needed this motivation; I fell off the THM wagon a few weeks ago and I really want to buckle down and get back on plan. Thanks for sharing

  2. Thank you thank you thank you!! 😄 i use a BBQ sauce that is Xylitol based and it is so yummy you can't tel the difference! Just google Xyla BBQ sauce and it should pop up 😊

  3. I've heard a lot about the GGM. I might have to look up the recipe! Mmm, that taco salad looked so delish. Where did you get the kids little "lunch trays"? Lol, we have the same meal policy. I taught the kids that "mommy isn't a short order cook". 😉

  4. Love the ideas! Is that salad dressing on plan? I have bought it a lot and love but assumed it wasn't on plan because many are not.

  5. thank you for inspiring me. i gave birth a few months ago and am finding it hard to shed those last 10 pounds! i tend to stress eat. : (

  6. If your kids do end up eating all of the little bit of protein and other stuff u only give a little bit of do you add more to their plate? Just curious.

  7. I have made my own BBQ sauce for years. Ketchup, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, liquid smoke and brown sugar. You could substitute with super sweet. But it is the other seasonings that really make the sauce, esp liquid smoke. You can find that in the ketchup area.
